for a consultation £60 with
no obligation to go any further with
your vasectomy. |

a semen testing kit and lab costs,
including first class postage and
test assessment by Dr Kittel for £30
(note: replacement kits for lost
semen sample kits can be purchased
for £15 by calling Jackie on 0845
22 55 775.) |

in South East England near
London (just outside the M25)
and close to London Heathrow
airport. Please do not ring
St Marks hospital for any
specific enquiries i.e. payment,
clinic times, appointment
slots etc. This work is solely carried out by Jackie.
