How does
an online payment work?
If you wish to you can make a card payment
for a vasectomy operation or a semen sample online using
a credit or debit card, click

Any money paid in error will
be refunded upon request at any time, except during holiday periods, when your money will be refunded after our return. We
will not aks any questions as we understand
the private nature of such a decision.
Once an appointment has been agreed
our cancellation policy applies.
Please remember, due to restrictions
imposed on us we can only refund your
card within 60 days of payment, thereafter
we will have to charge you for the transaction
fees as charged to us.

What else do I need to know?
Once you decide to book your vasectomy
or choose to have your initial appointment
we
would kindly ask you to make a downpayment
of £150.

email or write back to you within 3
working days.
Arrange
a mutually convenient appointment.
Refund
any payment at any time if requested.
Any cancellations are dealt with as
outlined in our vasectomy cancellation
policy. Cancelling to short before your
appointment time may incur a cancellation
charge of £150 if we cannot fill
your appointment slot.
